Hoopsfix Pro-Am Week 1: How To Watch, Who’s Playing And Why It Matters

The Hoopsfix Pro-Am returns on Sunday 7 June at Brixton Recreation Centre, with six Week 1 games, free live streams and a roster list packed with British basketball names to watch.

The fifth edition of the summer league runs every Sunday from 7 June to 5 July, keeping one of the UK game’s best off-season showcases in South London at the home of Brixton Topcats.

Who is playing?

The men’s competition is split across two pools. Pool A features Hometown Heroes, Oaklands Wolves, Team GameBased and TMB, while Pool B includes 94 Feet Select, London United, Southside Saints and UEL.

The women’s side includes Ballers, JMG Select, London Lions and AQ Basketball/AQ Select, with four general managers involved for the first time.

The Week 1 rosters include a mix of overseas-based British talent, domestic standouts and familiar names from the UK scene. Hoopsfix’s published rosters list players including Kavell Bigby-Williams for UEL, Teddy Okereafor for London United, Matthew Bryan-Amaning and Darien Nelson-Henry for TMB, Shequila Joseph for AQ Select, and Ire Ozzy-Momodu for London Lions.
